Hi! We’re Tone and Jess — a husband-and-wife travel duo, travel advisors, and the couple behind Umbrella Travels.
Our story started in college, where we met, fell in love, and eventually discovered a shared passion for seeing the world together. What began with campus dates and weekend road trips grew into romantic getaways, international adventures, cultural experiences, and plenty of unforgettable moments along the way.
Travel became more than something we enjoyed doing — it became an important part of how we experience life together.
Now, as parents, our adventures have evolved right along with us. We know what it’s like to plan a romantic escape for two, navigate an international adventure, and figure out how to make traveling with kids enjoyable for everyone. Through it all, one thing has remained the same: we believe travel has an incredible way of bringing people closer and creating memories that last long after you return home.
